Once you link your card to an organization, all you have to do is shop at Kroger and swipe your Plus Card! A digital account is needed to participate in Kroger Community Rewards.
Locate your state and click “Enroll Now”
Sign in to your online account or create an account
Find and select “Kerrington’s Heart” (organization #MY788) then click “save”
*Remember to re-enroll every August
