Hospital hallways and doctor visits are a part of our journey, but for one night, we trade them in for the dance floor. Heart Jam is a "No Limits" zone where our Heart Warriors and their families can be exactly who they are: heroes. It’s more than just a party; it’s a moment to connect with the people who truly understand the beat of your heart.

The Jam Includes:

• The Main Stage: A live DJ and a rockin' dance floor where the beat never stops.

• Fuel for Warriors: A delicious, kid-friendly BBQ-style buffet to keep the energy up.

• Capture the Magic: A character-themed face painting station and a photo booth to freeze these memories in time.

• Warrior Games: Fun activities and interactive games designed for all ages and abilities.

• Angel Tribute: A dedicated space for remembering and honoring our CHD Angels.
